If you own a PC, the newsletter templates are available to you in PSD format.  The templates are easy to use.  First, open the template and look in the layers for image sizes.  Crop your images to the required size and drag them onto the image layer on the template.  Then, click in the text section(s) to modify the wording.  Finally, double click on your links and change the url address.
